You may cancel your Hifi Internet services at any time by contacting our customer service team at +1 (866) 784-4584. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
If your service included leased equipment (modems, routers, etc.), you are required to return the items within 15 days of cancellation. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the confirmation date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
